How to Pick Up Your Sump Pump in Chicago
As a convenience to our local customers, Sump Pumps Direct offers a pickup service for orders made by telephone on products currently in-stock at our Bolingbrook warehouse.�
Simply let the representative know that you would like to choose our�Local Customer Pickup�option instead of shipping. This will allow you to easily pick up your products at�our headquarters here in Bolingbrook, Illinois.��

Pickup Hours
Customer pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm CST.
Sorry, no we do not offer Saturday pickups.�

Picking Up Your Order
The following items are required at the time of pickup:�
- Arrive at the�Customer Pickup�door during pickup hours (located at the back of the building).
- Copy of your purchase receipt.
- Photo ID (the name on the order must match�the person picking it up to release the order).
