I hope that this pump lasts as long as my last pump 25 years ? it was still working I believe the switch started sticking once in while. So thought it was time to replace. Didn’t want it to break in a bad rain storm. Would highly recommend Zoeller pump

Well back in 2009 we purchased this same pump used to help my mother in law with her flooded basement and since then I have pumped out swimming pools, sump pits, basements, a flooded house and now the house I am in now has a little flooding every rain and I’m using that pump one again at this rate it will out live me.

The float switch is the problem. It only can last about 3 yrs. What are you going to do with it afterwards? It is more expensive for only 3 years. Replacing the switch and handle seal are expensive.

Upgraded from the M53, that lasted about 8 years before the float stuck up, causing basin to overflow in my basement. I live in an area with dense clay, so my pump runs very often. I installed the M63 in last week, so far it has run great. It appears to pump water out faster and is slightly quieter.
UPS delivered the pump and box was destroyed and part of the pump was sticking out of the box. I called and they replaced the pump.

Wouldn’t trust any other pump, I have two pumps one for back up along with a stand by generator this pump m-63 runs sometimes every 8 seconds for months straight. Don’t trust any other pump Zoeller is the best👍

We have several of these pumps located under the Sanctuary of our church that was built on top of a spring. The sump pump pits fill with water and cause the pumps to cycle 6-7 times per hour every day of the year. (The incoming flow rates don't change much based on changes in the seasonal rain fall.) We've not yet had one of these M63's fail and we can't recall how long ago these were installed.
I recently bought one to replace one that had a sticky float switch. Perfect fit for the original pump. I will replace the switch and put it on the shelf for a spare for when we finally have one go bad.
Our maintenance staff loves the new feature of the LED light on the power cord.

Bad things happen in my basement if the pumps don't run. Have 2 sump pits and it sounds like Niagra falls in my basement in a rainstorm. These are the only pumps ill use.
