Zoeller is what all the plumbers use so it's good enough for me. This was a replacement pump and they even upgraded it. I am happy with their after the sale service. That's the most important thing when buying expensive items like this.

I bought two of these pumps in 2013 for our sewage lift station for our 5 bed 4 bath home, one went out in 2014 under warranty and was replaced. The other went out in 2017. I’ve called Zoeller and emailed them and they do not respond or return calls. I suggest finding a different company that stands behind their products

I had three shipped, two were damaged in shipping . The one that was not visibly hurt in shipping ended up failing. I purchased a third one to speed up the replacement process. I'm still waiting for my refund on that one. That was was damaged in shipping also. We had to take the leg housing off the one that failed and put it on the replacement. The packing by Zoeller is deficient to say the least two arrived with one of their legs broken and it's housing cracked. There's no padding on the bottom in the box. Bad idea. Please send me my refund on the 3rd pump the replacement.

It only lasted me 5 months. Now I'm still trying to see if i can get it exchange. It does not look to good I had contact Zoeller customer service, but I am still waiting. Looks like they don't want to replace it.
