Last long and using an electronic switch make it more reliable. During heavy rains this pump has no problems with water removal. Zoeller is my pump of choice always.

Replaced the same with the same exact model. Most web sites say to expect 7-10 yrs out of a sump pump, but my last Zoeller lasted 13yrs. Great product.

Delays in delivery Fed x changed delivery time 4 times. This was a replacement pump which I needed as soon as possible. Hard to plan installation.

I removed a Zoller pump from the basin when I replaced but with this one. The only reason I replaced it is I was plumbing the basin and decided it would be a good time to replace the pump. The pump in the basin was 15 years old. Seems like it could of lasted a lot longer, but I didn't want to test it.

The cardboard box containing the pump was severely damaged. All sides other than the top and bottom had holes. I examined the pump, which appeared to be okay. It's a good thing it's built like a tank. Since I needed the replacement, I went ahead and installed it. Everything is working fine.

This is a solid performer- we've got it in a 6' hole handles that lift just fine and pushes the volume about another 25' to discharge. Have a check valve of course- but this thing can move some water.

I have been using these pumps for years, there has always been one for any application and the customer service for sizing is dependable. The new level switch is nice as well, no more problems with old style . I always purchased a bigger basin as the old style could easily get hung up in the 18" so I am using the 18x30 .
