Purchased a unit several years ago to plumb two sinks that were not plumbed to the septic to code.
It's worked great all along. We just purchased a second unit as a back up replacement in case of a pump failure.

Built a room in the basement with no floor drain, I had the full size washer dump into the sump pump (SYLT30) and the pump lifted the drain water to the sewer approx. 10 feet up, worked perfectly, the pump could handle 2 or 3 times that amount of water with no problem

Everything hooked up nice to where the old SYLT33 was, but the check-valve was faulty so I had to take it all apart, remove the faulty check-valve. Take the one out of my old SYLT33, install that, and hook it all back up again. Could've been worse, I guess...

You have a new system and you should have a new check valve as well.

This little pump was a life saver for me! We have a washer in our basement and our basement floor drain finally reached the point of not keeping up with the washer draining large loads. I shopped around for pumps and choose the Wayne because I recognized name brand. Another deciding factor was the 10 gallon capacity. I wanted a pump that could keep up with a large capacity of water from the washer or laundry sink. I ordered this from Sump Pump Direct on a Sunday and received it on Friday. I never got shipping info on it till Sunday though.
Anyway it requires some assembly but it was pretty straight forward and only took about a hour. The rubber sleeves that the 1 1/2 pipe goes through were a battle as they are so tight but you do want a good seal so I guess its a good thing. Be aware that you do need a 2 way vent for this pump to work properly. You will need to tie into an existing vent pipe or run a separate one for the pump housing as I did. So I got it hooked up yesterday and its been working like a champ. It pumps about 3 times for a extra large load. My wife is happy and there is peace in the household again! The only reason I'm not giving this pump a 5 star is there was no data on the pump assembly so I suspect its made in china. We'll see how it holds up in the long run but for now I'm very happy with it!

I loved the sump pump for the laundry room , the only thing was that I had to replace the check valve was not holding water filling up tank running pump to much other than that it worked out great did not have to dig hole outside for large holding tank.
