Great Pump

This is a great pump. It is nice and quiet. The only thing I did was to lower the float mounting bracket because when it shut off the was underwater. Now the pump also turns on sooner. I would definitely by again.

Low Starting Current & Low Wattage At A Good Price
By Charles G.

Not all 1/3 horsepower pumps are the same. The RSP 130 is a good sump pump. I bought it because I have a lot of power outages and I wanted a pump with low starting and low running wattage. My Wayne RSP 130 runs at about 300 watts which is very easy on my Honda EU-1000 generator. It also draws about 500-600m watts on startup (for 1-2 seconds). This has been a great pump at a great price. I looked at other 1/3 hp pumps at similar GPH ratings, but they have much higher running and starting watts. I am going to buy another RSP130 today, just to have on hand in case.
