This is the best controller of the 3 offered by pro series. It provides sump pump status and warnings. It also is wifi compatible......this is the only one to buy.

We two of these installed with our internal French drain system. They work really well. We were able to use the onboard relay output to connect it to our alarm system to monitor everything when we are not home. I purchased one here to have on hand as a backup.

I think this is a great product. I have a high water table and my sump pump runs continuously. This product is perfect for my application, I can set the time that it runs reducing cycles. But, I am on my 3rd. unit. The first two each lasted about 4 years, then quit working. Fortunately, I have a backup system and did not have a problem. But, with the last failure, my pump was running continuously. Not sure how long these controllers are supposed to last, but wish they had would have an alarm that would sound when they quit working.

I bought this module to replace the existing one which only lasted 7 years in my home. I replaced it because the supplier was quick to get this part to me in time of need.

We had a Pro Series sump pump installed four years ago and it is (knock on wood) still doing a outstanding job. Title is the whole system with the back up battery pump. We purchased the main pump for the reason that if anything would go go the main pump would and I could do a quick switch before water came on to our basement floor. Keeping fingers crossed that the main pump keeps going at least through this wet season. Thanks

My DFC2 failed less than one month after the 1 year warranty expired. The pump runs fine if the plugged directly into an outlet. Tested the float by swapping floats with the Pro Series backup system. Problem stayed with controller. I'm very disappointing in the longevity of this product.
