Replaced an existing pump. Install went fine. The pump performs as described: it starts at 11"s and turns off at 4.5"s. Overall I am very satisfied with the pump and its operation.

Great Pump

Review Posted 01/18/2012
I live in an area where the natural water table is 9 feet from the surface. My homes heating ducts are buried in the dirt under the foundations concrete slab. My sump pump runs quite often and prevents the water from collecting in these heating ducts. My first Little giant (installed in a dry well outside the house) installed 9 years ago recently stopped due too impeller failure. My new little giant is working well and I expect it to keep me dry for another decade or more.
