Got this pump installed and it appeared to work as required. Ran it through a couple of test cycles and every this is OK. This is in a low use area so only time will tell. The older pumps worked good for several years before dying.

This new pump is replacing its twin that was installed around 1992. This pump is easy to install and hopefully will have the same longevity as the original.

This was a replacement for a similar model that had been in use in our septic system for about 18 years. The old pump still worked great, but we decided to replace it while doing other maintenance. We were also pleased with the advice we received from the manufacturer and the price and service from Sump Pumps Direct.

Ordered first pump did not work out a box properly. Contacted customer service was told to contact Little Giant, contacted Little Giant they confirmed that product was defective. Recontacted customer service with the name and information from Little Giant. Was told to remove label and send off with the original invoice. Recontacted customer service label cannot be removed without destroying. Took pictures in email to Laura at customer service. Still have not received credit and was told I need to remove label and to send back in again. New pump is working fine and seems to be of good quality customer service is questionable probably will not use company again for this reason.

My sewage lift station of 12 years failed and the old pump (also a little giant) was constantly triggering the GFI outlet. Replaced the old one with this one paired with a level guard electronic switch. Has worked wonderful so far. Installation was cake as long as you have a little plumbing know how.
