We had a Little Giant sump pump that finally went out after 27 yrs.! We replaced it with the same model which we installed in no time with little trouble & we are in our 80's. The new unit is alot quieter than the original -- almost silent actually, & we couldn't be more pleased with it. It was rec'd within 3 days of our online order in time for a heavy rainstorm that was expected. We bought it through SumpPumpsDirect & were very pleased with the customer service as well. Would not hesitate to recommend both the company & esp. the product.

Our property is relatively flat and there has been a tendancy for rain water from our lot and neighbor lot to pool. When we get big rains, we have huge pools standing in the yard.
A submergible pump was installed near the lowest place and a Little Giant pump was installed with piping to move the water to the riverside for discharge. The sump works great! Rain water is moved away from the low area quickly and efficiently.
This little pump is incredibly powerful and perfect for our needs!

Purchased this pump as a replacement for a manual model that was sized after several years of outdoor service.
These are rugged little buggers and Sump Pumps Direct is absolutely the best place to purchase one or there or other models. Fast efficient and cost effective. Keep up the good work!

Original Little Giant installed by builder in 2012. Ten years of heavy use. During wet times it may pause for 10-15 seconds before water level kicks it back on. After 10 years I didn’t want to risk a failure so replaced it with same model. Nice that engineers didn’t change the dimensions. Made an easy change-out for this 71 year old. Cleaned the old one and keeping it as a spare.

I had real good luck with same pump It was still working after 26 yrs. Just replaced it before needed to for peace of mind. Was pleased with the price as it only went up a little over $50 in the 26 yrs

I bought this pump to replace the identical one I've had for 22 years that is still working great. I thought it would be good to have a back up on hand just in case. I will probably install the new one and use the 22 year old one as a backup. This pump is the best.

Jim, Need your help. I am now confused by which sump pump to buy. I need one to dewater the deep end of a single truck dock. I have depressed a concrete area at the lowest end for sump to sit down in. Also i need it to be automatic and can I buy it with 30 foot cord. Thanks for your help
