I installed this pump under a basement sink, it’s fairly quiet and was very easy to install with basic knowledge of plumbing.

This is the third Little Giant Pump I've purchased. My house is 19 years old and I've just replaced the pump for the 3rd time. My pump gets a lot of use as it shoots the water from my slop sink via my washing machine every day (we do a lot of laundry). It is easy to install and comes with the plumbing adapters I needed. It is also easy to clean the debris trap as the 4 screw trap is easily accessed.

Replaced my aged Drainosaur with this new model and was back in the laundry business in no time. Checked with my plumber before ordering it to ensure compatibility and he gave the green light. Needed a compact/short appliance because placement under laundry tray. Product arrived very promptly and was pristine upon opening the carton. Plumber had it installed within a half hour, which included the time to dismantle and replumb the ailing one, so that also saved me money. PED/Sump Pumps Direct was expeditious and handled my order beautifully. My plumber was also impressed with them and will probably use them as a resource for his business.
