Are you looking for a sewage pump that will handle just about anything that gets flushed down the toilet and WILL NOT JAM? The Liberty Pumps LSG202A - 2 HP Omnivore® Grinder Pump w/ Piggyback Tether Float (208/230V) is designed for above average sized homes and commercial/industrial applications that may include motels, schools, shopping centers, lakefront developments and systems requiring high-pressure sewage pumping. It will handle high head (100' Max) and long discharge runs and will grind up and spit out just about anything you "throw" at it.
This pump comes with Liberty's V-Slice® Cutter Technology (440 Stainless Steel) cutting blades that will grind just about anything to a pulp. Check out the video on the LSG202A product page and you'll see what I'm referring to. You'll be amazed. The non-corrosive stainless steel impeller, fasteners & clasp increases the lifespan of the pump even in the harshest systems and minimizes lifting chain problems over the lifespan of the pump.

I bought this same pump for a mobile home park with 27 homes that flowed through this pump and it lasted just over 10 years! It far exceeded our expectations. We ordered this replacement pump and it arrived within just a few days. Needless to say we are very happy!

I am trying to decide between the LSG202A and the LSG202M. It is for our home. We have a 3600 square foot house and 4 people live here. We are replacing the 110 pump that was put in when the house was built as the house is on grade that is lower than the city sewage line. We did not have an alarm or controller on the old system. I understand that the LS202A is automatic and the LS202M is manual and requires purchase of a separate controller. What would be the rationale for getting one versus the other?
